Customer satisfaction is our priority. Products may only be returned or exchanged in the event of a manufacturing defect or fault within 15 days from the date of purchase, provided that the original purchase invoice is presented.

Terms & Conditions:

• The store reserves the right to inspect the product and verify the manufacturing defect before approving the return or exchange request.
• Damages resulting from misuse are not covered under the return and exchange policy.
